On Friday, Pfizer announced that it will expand ongoing clinical trials of its COVID-19 vaccine in children to include a third dose for patients as young as 6 months old. Clinical Research Associates, Inc. will be part of this study expansion. However, at this time we do not have instructions to begin this work.
As parents, we understand that you want to do everything you can to protect your child, including administering a third COVID-19 vaccine dose. We are closely following this news and on standby to receive further instructions. We will alert you as soon as we have pertinent information to share, including when we will begin third doses.
