MIGRAINE AND DEPRESSION STUDY
People who have frequent or chronic migraines are twice as likely to have depression. If you suffer with frequent migraines and have been diagnosed with depression, you may want to consider participating in our clinical research study.
Who is eligible to participate?
The main purpose of this study is to determine if an FDA-approved medication compared to a placebo (no active medication) is effective in preventing migraines in individuals with Major Depressive Disorder.

What does the study involve?
This study requires 6 visits to our office over about 28 weeks. You will be asked to complete a headache diary throughout the study. The study medications, laboratory tests and study physical examinations will be provided at no charge. Compensation
for study-related travel expenses will be provided.
